Count Rasetsu is one of the executives of Vega Zone and a personal aid of Professor Lando.
Appearance and Personality[]
Count Rasetsu resembles a young man with long black hair and an athletic build he has dark colored lips and light purple eyeliner. He wears red armor including silver shoulder pads held by a gold chest plate, he also wears a purple cape. Unlike his anime counterpart, he lacks a face on his stomach. He is very loyal to Prof. Lando. And unlike his manga counterpart he isn't a member of the Dinosaur Empire.
